Biosecurity — AirAgri farm safety.

Solutions · Biosecurity

Know who's been on your place,
and what they brought with them.

Biosecurity comes down to one thing: controlling and recording the movement of people, vehicles and equipment onto and around your property. AirAgri makes that a 30-second check-in instead of a clipboard no one fills in.

Why

Why biosecurity matters

An outbreak — foot-and-mouth, lumpy skin, avian influenza, a new weed or a soil-borne disease — moves on boots, tyres and gear. The properties that come through it best are the ones that can answer a simple question fast: who's been here, where did they come from, and where did they go next?

In Australia this isn't just good practice. Every person who deals with biosecurity matter carries a general biosecurity duty to manage the risks they know about, or reasonably should1. A paper visitor book can't do that job. A record you can search in seconds can.

How it works

How AirAgri handles biosecurity

Turn the front gate into a checkpoint, without turning it into a bottleneck.

01

Check in at the gate

Visitors, contractors and vehicles sign in by phone or QR — where they've come from, what they're bringing, and a declaration if you need one.

02

Set the rules by zone

Come-clean-go-clean requirements, restricted areas and wash-down points are spelled out before anyone enters.

03

Record every movement

Who, what, when and where — captured automatically, including vehicles and equipment moving between properties.

04

Trace it in seconds

If something turns up, you can pull the full movement history instantly instead of reconstructing it from memory.

What you get

What you get

01

Digital visitor & vehicle check-in

Replace the visitor book with a record that actually gets filled in — and is searchable.

02

Movement records

An auditable trail of people, vehicles and equipment on and off the property.

03

Declarations & zone rules

Capture health and origin declarations and enforce come-clean-go-clean.

04

Fast traceback

Answer 'who was here and when' in seconds, not days.

05

Proof of duty

Demonstrable evidence you're managing your general biosecurity duty.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do visitors need to download an app? +
No. Visitors can check in by scanning a QR code at the gate. Your own people and regular contractors can use the AirAgri app for a faster, repeatable check-in.
How does this help in an outbreak? +
Speed. If a disease is detected nearby or on your property, you can produce a complete movement history — who came, from where, and where they went — in seconds, which is exactly what tracing requires.
Can we capture declarations and conditions of entry? +
Yes. You can require health or origin declarations, set zone rules and wash-down points, and make sure people see them before they enter.
Does it work offline at a remote gate? +
Yes. Check-ins capture offline and sync when there's coverage, so a remote entry point still keeps a complete record.
